Mental Health Equity

This week on Crossing the Chasm Dr. Johnson is joined by Dr. Marketa Wills. In addition to being the Chief Medical Officer for Johns Hopkins Healthcare, Dr. Wills continues to be a practicing psychiatrist, having earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, completed a residency in adult psychiatry at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital program, and obtaining a master’s in business administration from the Wharton School of Business. Dr. Wills shares her story and discusses the disparities in mental health equity, covering mental health access, transgenerational trauma, and rethinking mental healthcare.
