Annie Fowler is responsible for the wellbeing of Sound’s colleagues and the impact of culture on our strategy and operations. In her role, she oversees talent acquisition across all disciplines, as well as people support, learning and development, and communications operations to engage and retain colleagues.
Annie has extensive experience in recruiting leadership and business operations in healthcare. In her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles related to physician recruiting, executive recruiting, and related positions in credentialing and provider relations. Annie also has the benefit of direct field operations experience, including hospitalist program management in Sound’s eastern U.S. region.
Annie earned her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration and Biology.
