Authenticity through Cultural Humility
On the final episode of season 1 of Crossing the Chasm, Dr. Johnson is joined by Ada Walker, Vice President and Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer at Nebraska Medicine. In her role, Ada provides leadership, vision, and strategy for advancing a holistic framework for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this episode, Ada discusses taking DEI from the academic world to the real world, specifically building partnerships within the community fostered by inclusive integrity.
