Sound Physicians to lead Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics hospitalist program

Hospital seeks performance management infrastructure and leadership to support growing hospitalist team

Tacoma, Wash. – June 13, 2014 – Sound Physicians, a leading hospitalist organization, announced an agreement to provide hospitalist services for Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics in Tyler, Texas. The inpatient management program will consist of 41 hospitalist physicians, most of which were previously employed by Trinity Clinic. Sound Physicians will also bring on-site operations leadership and hospitalist RN’s to help drive performance and has plans to build out its post-acute provider network and transitional care management program.

With six hospitals, 36 clinics and over 350 physicians and mid-level providers, Trinity Mother Frances has provided dedicated care for over 75 years to east Texas and has been ranked among the best in Texas by U.S. News & World Report.
