Sound Physicians Announces Patient Experience Award Winners

Patient Experience Awards recognize partner sites and colleagues who achieve top and most improved HCAHPS scores

Tacoma, Wash. – June 14, 2016 – Sound Physicians, a leading healthcare organization focused on improving quality and lowering cost for patients throughout the acute episode of care, announced their Patient Experience (PX) Award winners at the ninth annual National Leadership Conference in Miami, FL. Sound Physicians’ PX Program is designed to give providers the tools and training to empower them to provide superior patient and family experiences through effective communication, genuine empathy, and meaningful connections.
