As we begin a new year with the podcast, I have decided to depart from our customary guest format and usual clinical topics to focus on personal growth and mastery. I am a firm believer that mastery (learning new skills) is the key to an engaged and joyful clinical career. In this episode of the podcast, we will discuss Skills, Super Skills, and Ultra Skills.
