Dr. Charman is a Senior Partner at Sound Physicians and currently serves as the Medical Director for the Sound Physicians Compass program and the Sound Physicians Emerging Leaders program. He is also a Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington School of Medicine. His prior experience includes 3 years as Chief Hospitalist at Community Medical Center in Missoula, Montana where he chaired the Medicine Committee and served on the Utilization Review Committee, Credentials Committee, and Medical Executive Committee. His prior positions include Chief of Staff at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish, Montana, and two years of public service with the Indian Health Service in Browning, Montana. Dr. Charman received his M.D. degree from the Yale University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
