Sound Physicians Enters Agreement to Provide Hospitalist Services for Frederick Memorial Hospital

Leading healthcare organization partners with Frederick Memorial to improve quality, reduce cost of care.

Tacoma, Wash. – March 30, 2015 – Sound Physicians, a healthcare organization focused on improving quality and lowering cost throughout the acute episode of care, announced an agreement to provide hospitalist services for Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, MD. Frederick Memorial Hospital is a 298-bed, state-of-the-art healthcare facility with one of the busiest emergency departments in the state of Maryland. The hospitalist team that was employed by the hospital retained and transitioned 22 full-time hospitalist physicians as part of the agreement with Sound Physicians.
