Sound Physicians Enters Agreement to Provide Hospitalist Services for CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center

Leading healthcare organization partners with CHRISTUS Health hospital to improve quality, reduce cost of care.

Tacoma, WA – March 31, 2015– Sound Physicians, a health care organization focused on improving quality and lowering cost throughout the acute episode of care, announced today an agreement to provide hospitalist services for CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, NM. CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center is a 200-bed acute care hospital serving seven counties throughout New Mexico. More than 52,000 patients visit CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center each year for specialties spanning from neurosurgery, orthopedics, trauma, urology, women’s services, general surgery, heart and vascular care, and more. CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center is equally operated by CHRISTUS Health and SVHsupport. This is the eighth CHRISTUS Health hospital that Sound Physicians has partnered with; the others are located throughout Texas and Louisiana.
