Sound Physicians Enters Agreement to Provide Hospitalist Services for MetroWest Medical Center

Leading healthcare organization partners with MetroWest Medical Center to improve quality, reduce cost of care.

Tacoma, Wash. – January 30, 2015 – Sound Physicians, a healthcare organization focused on improving quality and lowering cost throughout the acute episode of care, announced it is providing hospitalist services for MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, MA. MetroWest Medical Center is comprised of two hospitals and is the largest healthcare system between Worcester and Boston, providing access to more than 500 doctors from a comprehensive range of specialties. As part of the agreement, the hospitalist team, which was previously employed by the hospital, transitioned over to Sound Physicians with 13 full-time hospitalist physicians.
