Sound Physicians Donates $15,000 to Charity to Celebrate 15th Anniversary
Tacoma, Wash. – March 29, 2016 – Sound Physicians, a leading healthcare organization with a proven record of improving quality of care, patient satisfaction and financial performance for hospitals and post-acute facilities nationwide, celebrated 15 years a leader in hospital medicine by donating $15,000 to charity.
Sound Physicians recently exhibited at the Hospital Medicine 2016 annual conference, held in San Diego from March 6-9, 2016, and encouraged attendees to write down their favorite charities and submit them at the Sound Physicians exhibitor booth. Nearly 200 different charities were submitted during the course of the event, which, with nearly 4,000 attendees, is the largest professional gathering of the hospital medicine specialty annually. Following the event, exhibitors from Sound Physicians selected thirty charities at random; and made $500 donations to each.
