FOR PATIENTS

Patient resources

Our clinicians are committed to providing the best care to patients and their families in the communities we serve. If you or a family member were seen in a hospital, emergency department, or post-acute care facility, you might have received a bill from Sound Physicians. This bill is for the services provided by the clinician who delivered care.

We partner with hospitals across the country and are dedicated to ensuring your experience as a patient is one that makes you and your family feel confident in the care you receive. Below are a few options to help you with the next steps of your billing inquiry.

You will always receive a text when your bill is ready. These texts are not spam.

As we transition to our new billing facilitator, Ventra, some patients may receive two separate bills for their recent care. This does not mean you are being charged twice. Your total payment is divided based on the dates of your service:

If you’re unsure why you received a bill or where it’s coming from, please submit a contact form and select “Patient Billing” as your inquiry type. We’re here to help.
